Acre Bakery is proud to announce the opening of our first dedicated retail shop at 10 Market Hill in Woodbridge. Situated on Market Hill, with views of Woodbridge’s iconic town square and the shire hall, the shop has been designed as a warm and inviting space where locals and visitors alike can gather, enjoy fresh bakes, and take home something special.

The new space marks an exciting milestone for our independent bakery, which has grown from a small local supplier into one of Suffolk’s most celebrated producers of slow-fermented sourdough, and imaginative bakes inspired by locally grown ingredients.

Located in the historic market town of Woodbridge, the shop will offer customers a daily changing selection of fresh sourdough loaves, pastries and cakes, all made by hand in Acre Bakery’s Suffolk kitchen.

The Woodbridge shop will also stock seasonal specials, highlighting regional ingredients and collaborations with local growers and producers.

Customers can expect to see signature items like:

• Country Sourdough – naturally leavened and slow-fermented for depth of flavour.

• Croissants & Laminated Pastries – buttery, flaky, and baked fresh each morning.
